Mission:
Oversee and monitor the injection quality management process, verify the effectiveness, ensure the implementation and continuously improve the process.
Responsibilities:
-Define quality criteria for injection product and production, including but not limited to process, equipment, mold and raw material. PIM projects and/or all engineering changes should be covered.
-Deeply involved in new product and/or product improvement projects. Support from quality perspective, e.g. drawing check, sample verifying etc.
-Make quality control plan to ensure the product quality level. Train the inspectors and workers to make sure the plan is well-implemented. Make sure the quality control measures are effective.
-Deal with customer complaint, investigate and verify the root cause. Work out preventive quality plan and implement.
-Manage the measuring system. Develop test method and measuring equipments. Train the inspectors to ensure all the requirements are well-implemented.
-PFMEA, QCC and system audit support.
-Finish the tasks designated by supervisor.
Requirements:
-College degree above in Engineering related disciplines
-3+ years Quality experience.
-Solid injection process experiences
-proficient in quality tools, like 8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP as well as ISO system.
-Strong daily quality problem solving skills, strong SPS logic
-Result-oriented
